What is TARLEE?
TARLEE is a curated online marketplace for independent brands to showcase and sell their current season. In todays cluttered fashion landscape, finding something unique that has been created and designed mindfully is something that modern customers seek. However it is particularly emerging brands that struggle in this environment as they lack the financing and resources to gain recognition. TARLEE will give a selection of up and coming designers a digital platform to sell their collections and be discovered.
How are Designers chosen and why do they join?
The TARLEE team are constantly on the search for new and innovative designers to join the platform. We discover and meet designers at trade shows and through social media and invite those who's values and designs are aligned with the TARLEE brand and customer. There are no joining or monthly fees for our designers and we only take commission when a sale occurs. TARLEE do not ask for brand exclusivity and provide a distribution channel that is created and maintained at no cost.
What do the TARLEE Ethical Tags mean?
Many of our designers produce with an ethical mindset and have taken tangible steps to be socially responsible, minimize their impact on the environment and operate using fair business practices. We want to highlight these ethical credentials to you clearly where applicable.

What happens when I purchase an item?
Once you place an order, TARLEE will send you a confirmation email. Designers will then package and dispatch the item directly from their studio/warehouse. You will receive an email with the shipping tracking number when the item is dispatched.
How does Shipping work?
We currently only ship products to the UK and within the EU and charge a standard postage/shipping fee of £3.95. Items are shipped to you directly by the Designers hence shipping times will vary between Designers. Please ensure that you see the Expected Delivery Time in the Editors Notes for each product.
How do refunds work?
If you need to return an item, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll confirm via e-mail the address to send the item back to and also once the item has been received and the refund has been processed. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days or 30 days (for faulty items) of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty in which case we'll cover the costs. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.
