Refunds & Exchanges
If you need to return an item, simply email email@example.com. We'll confirm via e-mail the address to send the item back to and also once the item has been received and the refund has been processed.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days or 30 days (for faulty items) of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty in which case we'll cover the costs. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.
Please note that exchanges will only be accepted for size changes and will be subject to the designer's availability of the requested size.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of delivering the item back to the designer, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
